Crazy bright. Replaced a lower-end Whelen LED light with this AeroLED. Difference was enormous. Side-by-side comparison of them (which I did by video of night landings before and after the replacement in my 172) showed threshold markings on the runway were visible a FULL 8 seconds earlier than with the old Whelen LED bulb (which had failed and was popping my breaker). Granted the Whelen was their lower end LED unit but the difference is huge and makes the AC not only MUCH more visible during daytime but night time landings were significantly easier given the much brighter illumination and earlier viz of the runway on short final.

Easy replacement, much brighter than standard PAR36 light. Really lights up the runway! I wish I had upgraded sooner.

This light is well made and should last a very very long time. It is surprisingly light in weight but very solid. Unfortunately I needed a PAR 46 and this is a PAR 36 so I had to return it. Cant wait to get my correct lamp!

These things are awesome! Used this in-place of a 100 watt GE4509

Simple straight forward installation on our Piper 140 D and provides a massive amount more light than stock. Not even on the same scale. I highly recommend this light.

Measured 46 watts at 12V, but brighter than incandescent. No other comparison.
