Per manufacturer: For as long as we carry them. Anytime you have a problem, I will take care of it.
You have to unscrew the magnetic base and then unscrew the cap located under the base. The battery is rechargable via the USB port so you shouldn't have to change the battery.
You would need to file a warranty claim with Nebo directly if you have had it longer than 30 days. https://www.nebotools.com/warranty-claim
We do not sell the charging cord separately.
