Overview

These fittings are designed to fit mechanical fuel pumps used on Lycoming engines. These fittings feature 3/8" AN flare outlets for connection to aircraft hoses, and are available in straight, 45° and 90° angle versions.

Q: What is the thread size and type on the end that screws into mechanical fuel pump?

9/16-18 male straight threads to the pump.

Q: Does this part come with the O-ring that is shown? If Not what part # O-ring is Needed?

The o-ring is included.

Q: What material are these fitting made from? Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass chrome plated?

It is steel.

Q: This fitting is called out as a 3/8 AN, what dash number is it? AN-6. 3/8 AN is not a standard.

If you are referring to the THREAD Size, it looks like the -3 would be 3/8-24. The -6 is 9/16-18 with a TUBE O.D of 3/8.
