Q: Regarding the Ultralight Nutplate Drill Motor: When adjusting feed rate, which way do you turn the knob? While holding the trigger in, do you adjust it while your holding the trigger or when you release it?

You will adjust it while the tool is out of operation. As for instructions on the knob adjustment, please see page 14 in the manual available in the 'Documents' tab.
