Im extremely happy with Rescue tape. Great for wrapping wires firewall forward. Also good for protecting the motor mounts. Very handy and durable.

This stuff really works. Ive used it for connector wire strain relief for my G3X installation, hose support for my pressure washer, irrigation hose repair, handle grips, electrical insulation...this stuff is worth every penny.

Great stuff! ... Im always forgetting to put on shrink tube until after the terminals are on. Rescue tape does the job.

As a pilot who works for a trucking company, we keep rescue tape in the trucks. Rescue tape worked to hold the air lines together long enough to safely get the tractor / trailer off the side of the road and to a repair shop.

Im not even a pilot, but I got a small roll several years ago. I ran out. I have been waiting to purchase another larger roll, why, because I own a 1974 Triumph TR 6 and anybody who knows older British cars knows of the MANY uses for this Product. I wont get airborne but will have more fun on the hi-way.

Q: Rescue tape part #'s 01-00989 and 01-00990 - what is the difference between the two? - the photo's and descriptions look identical.

The only difference between these two part numbers is the color. 01-00989 is red and 01-00990 is black. It is also available in clear which is 01-00991.

Q: What is the difference between rescue tape 01-00991 and the uni-wrap silicone tape 09-30450?

They are similar but made by different manufacturers.
